Peninsula Bowmans' Association, Inc. - Letter requesting rene'l <br />for <br />o` Use Permit --T+'%5- the period Jan. 1, 1961 to June 1 <br />1961. <br />RCOMME?'-DATION: <br />That the request of the Peninsula Bowmans' Assn., Inc. for <br />renewal of Use Permit (V-47-59) for the period Jan. 1, 1961 <br />to June 1, 1961.be approved. <br />MOTION: Stevens; SECOND: Alter; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br />ANNOUTCE"��`TTS: None. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />1. �'nlicDavid E (170-60) 2 lots. Engr. Mark Thomas. <br />The new map had not been received, so recommendation was deferred, <br />2. KennePy.Vincent B (171-60) 5 lots. Engrs. Mastin & Kingston. <br />Revised map of 5 lots was considered. <br />The suggestion was made that a covenant or deed restriction be <br />drafted by the City Attorney to require contributions from prop- <br />' erty owners along Duval Way for maintenance as a private road <br />until such time as all properties are subdivided, at which time <br />the road would then become a public road. <br />In the discussion of paths, it was the opinion of the Commission <br />that no paths be required at this time along Duval Way. <br />
