COMMUNIC:,TIONS: City Manager - Letter, dated Feb. 2, 1961, requested clarification of recommendation of Jar.. 21, 1961, Colin Peters (V-66-60) relative to granting a waiver of any setback for Lot #4, Tract No. 2003. RECOMMENDITION: That the Recommendatior of Jan. 21, 1961 relative to the Colin Peters request (V -66-6C) for waiver of setback requirements, be re- vised,and that a five foot (51) minimun setback be required for Lot No. 4, Tract No. 2003.
