Ilk <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-94 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ACKNOWLEDGING BUT REJECTING IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF <br /> DEDICATION FOR ADDITIONAL STREET RIGHT OF WAY <br /> AT 27223 SHERLOCK ROAD,LANDS OF MASCARENHAS AND CHARKOWICZ <br /> WHEREAS, Desmond Mascarenhas and Dona Charkowicz have offered to <br /> dedicate Street Right of Way to the Town along Sherlock Road on Lands of <br /> Mascarenhas and Charkowicz and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that <br /> Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of Street Right of Way; <br /> NOW, theCityCouncil of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> THEREFORE, <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby acknowledges <br /> the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. The Town chooses not to accept this offer at this <br /> time,but reserves the right to accept the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication by resolution of <br /> the City Council at any time in the future. <br /> Section 2.
