A. Ben-Artzi's own property located at 27800 Via Feliz in the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills, California, more particularly described as Parcel 4 of Parcel Map 520 M 7 <br /> & 8, filed in Book 520, Pages 7 & 8, for record in the Office of the Recorder of the <br /> County of Santa Clara on October 18, 1983. <br /> B. Ben-Artzi's desire to grant an easement in this property to the Town <br /> for a pathway, and Town wishes to accept such easement. <br /> • <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows: <br /> 1. Pathway. Ben-Artzi's, hereby grant to the Town an easement as <br /> described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and shown in Exhibit "B" for public <br /> pathway purposes, including, but not limited to, pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian <br /> purposes. <br /> 2. Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Easement byResolution <br /> p <br /> No. 30-94 and has authorized the Mayor to execute this document on its behalf. <br /> 3. Binding Effect. The Provisions contained in this Easement shall <br /> run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the <br /> respective successors and assigns of the parties to this Easement. <br />
