PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LL Town of Los Altos Hills <br />26379 Fremont Road <br />Los Altos Hills, California <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />Wednesday, February 28, 1979 <br />Reel 76, Side II, Tr. 2, 293 to End; Reel 77, Side I, Tr. 1, 001 to 238 <br />The meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Stewart at <br />7:50 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />off and Stewart <br />Present: Commissioners Carico, Lachenbruch, Rydell, vanTamelen, Kuran <br />Absent: Commissioner Dochnahl rt Crowe, City Engineer/Planner John Carlson, <br />Also Present: City Secretary Etheler Hopkins <br />CONSENT <br />Items removed from the Consent Calendar were: 1) Lands of f January File #TM 2099-79, <br />Tentative Map to be Accepted for Filing, and 2) Minutes of January 24 and February 14. <br />ewart <br />MOTION SECONDED AND APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY: It was moved ni g itemsonthetConsentnd <br />seconded by CommissiorerLachenbruch to approve the remaining <br />Calendar, namely, the Minutes of the Adjourned Planning Commission meeting of <br />January 31 and the Minutes of the Joint Planning Commission -City Council meeting <br />of January 31. <br />The Minutes of January 24 were corrected as follows: Page 2, item 1. Lands of <br />second motion <br />Steers, File #Tf4 2087-78: The Minutes should reflect that Commissioner Lachenbruch <br />mo <br />stepped down as a Commissioner on the discussion on this item. Page 2, <br />from the bottom, delete the parenthetical "(Commissioner Lachenbruch abstaining)'; <br />and on page 3, delete Commissioner Lachenbruch's name from the "Motion Seconded <br />on page 2, change <br />and Failed" items. It should be noted that Commissioner Lachenbruch did not vote <br />on the Lands of Steers motions for the reason cited above. Also, <br />the word "side" to 'wide' in the third line of the third motion from the bottom <br />of the page. <br />Corrections made on the February 14 Minutes: Commissioner Stewart requested that <br />the motion on the height limitation (fifth paragraph) be clarified by the following <br />statement: The requirements of Section 9-5.503 of the Municipal Code shall be adhered <br />to.loner <br />seconndedEbyNCommiso and <br />ssionerOStewartNthatsthe Minutes ofAPPRVED UNAIMOULY: it was vJanuary 4ed by �and February c14. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />1.
