The following were in attendance: <br />Planning Commissioners: Judith Carico <br />Joseph Dochnahl <br />Art Lachenbruch <br />Mike Stewart <br />Developer Al Woolworth, Westwind Development <br />Engineer John Lynch, Paul Newark 8 Associates <br />Pathway Committee Carol Gottlieb <br />Staff John A. Carlson <br />3 - Citizens <br />The following is a summary of the comments: <br />1. The roparian vegetation along Matadoro Creek needs preservation. A <br />comprehensive plan should be prepared for Matadero Creek which would <br />detail existing vegetation and supplemental planting that would be - <br />necessary to maintain the creek. - <br />2. A ten (10') foot path easement should be provided from the bridge at <br />Page MIII Road and Arastradero Creek alone the northeast side of <br />Matadero Creek f -o the southwest corner of the subdivision. A bridge <br />shall be constructed at each end of the path across Matadero Creek. <br />3. Fasements to conserve Matadero Creek shall be provided. <br />4. If the subdivision is approved, when the oath with bridges are cons - <br />4W, tructed the Town should reinforce the Matadero Creek bank at critical <br />,areas along Page fllll Road immediately west of the subdivision and <br />construct a bridge for equestrians and pedestrians at the Matadero <br />Creek bridge at Page dill Road. <br />
