PL,'dMING COMMISSION <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF :, REGULAR MEETING <br />September 7, 1961 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission of the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills was called to order by Chairman Alexander C. Prentice, Jr. <br />Thursday, Sept. 7, 1961 at 7:36 P. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 W. <br />Fremont Ave., Los :11tos Hills. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Commissioners Alter, Garbett, Hawley, Chairman. <br />Prentice; Commissioner Hibner arrived 7:41 P.M. <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Bowler, Mellquist <br />MINUTES: ._ugust 19. 1961. <br />1,CTION: <br />Adopt Minutes of .lug. 19, 1961 as submitted. <br />MOTION: Garnett, SECCI'D: Hawley; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br />C011MUNICATIONS : <br />1. L. G. Brian, Consulting rngineers - Letter, dated Aug. 31, 1961, <br />requested discussion of a proposed resubdivision of a portion of <br />Fremont Hills Unit No. 6. <br />Deferred to meeting of Sept. 16, 1961. <br />2. R. W. Towle - Copy of letter to the City Council, dated iug. 21, <br />1 1, called attention to the ommission of trees located in pro- <br />posed easement for roadway on the subdivision nap submitted for <br />F. T. tdams. Mr. Towle suggested that location of easement be <br />reviewed with regard to saving the trees. <br />ACTION: <br />That Mr. J. Riley, Engr. for F. T. :Adams, be instructed to <br />review the proposed subd. map of F. T. ',dams, with respect <br />to the trees referred to in the letter from Mr. Towle, and <br />that he be instructed to take necessary steps to save such <br />trees; that the Planning Commission is of the opinion that <br />even. though it may fall below the City's Standards, the <br />trees should be reserved, and will do all within its power <br />to save them. <br />MOTION: Hawley; S"COND: :1ter; VOTE: Passed unanimously <br />OLD BUSI°ESS: <br />1.
