• • <br /> 44- <br /> 08 <br /> RESOLUTION No. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A JOHN DEERE TRACTOR <br /> WHEREAS, Town staff has determined that the purchase of a John Deere tractor would best <br /> serve the needs of the maintenance crew; <br /> WHEREAS,the sale of surplus maintenance equipment would offset the majority of the <br /> purchase price of the new tractor; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby authorize <br /> the City Manager on behalf of the Town to purchase a John Deere tractor truck from Pringle <br /> Tractor Company at a cost of$37,076.83. <br /> REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July 2008. <br /> BY: /'`- ' <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City lerk 4111 <br />
