As a point of reference, beginning at the point Of intersection of the centerline of Manuella Avenue with the line dividing Lots 6 and 9 as said Lots and Avenue are' shown on said Map, thence the following courses: South 31-21-00 East a distance • . of 579.26 feet along the centerline of Manuella Avenue; South 31-21-00.Est distance at 18.41 :rest, along the_ lastsaid centerline to an angle point, 10-40-00 West a distance of 27.99 feet to the northwesterly corner -of .die-ion S _ described in Book 2896 Official Records at Page 233; thence along the northerly, easterly and southerly lines of the lastsaid lands: South 88-30-00 East a distance of 142.95 feet, South 1-51-00 West a distance of 152.50 feet and North 88-03-00 .
