The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of the <br /> pathway easement(H&EE) at 12932 Brendel Drive, described as Lot 1 of Tract No. 3505, <br /> recorded at Book 165,page 5 on August 13, 1963,and with an Assessors Parcel Number <br /> of 175-37-026. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this easement <br /> benefits the residents of Tract No. 3505 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
