The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of the <br /> pathway easement at 26005 Todd Lane, described as Lot 6 of Tract No.3698,recorded at <br /> Book 175,page 46 on March 24, 1964, and with an Assessors Parcel Number of 175-24- <br /> 059. - <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this easement <br /> benefits the residents of Tract No. 3698 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
