• H749 E1383 <br /> This Document is Recorded <br /> For the Benefit of the <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> And is Exempt from Fee <br /> Per Government Code <br /> Sections 6103 and 27383 <br /> When Recorded, Mail to: <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> 26379 Fremont Road <br /> Los Altos Hills,CA 94022 <br /> Attention: City Clerk <br /> DEDICATION OF EASEMENT FOR PATHWAY <br /> This Dedication of Easement for Pathway ( "Dedication" ) is granted by John F. <br /> Norheim and Joan E. Sherlock-Norheim ("Norheims") in favor of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California ( "Town" ), effective as <br /> of the date of execution by the Town. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Norheims own property located at 27261 Sherlock Road in the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills, California. <br /> B. Norheims desire to dedicate an easement in this property to the Town <br /> for a pathway, and Town wishes to accept such a dedication. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows: <br /> 1. Pathway. Norheims, the owners of the property described as being <br /> that certain parcel of land described and conveyed from Gertrude M. Sherlock to <br /> John F. Norheim and Joan E. Sherlock-Norheim by Deed recorded in the Official <br /> Records_of Santa Clara County at Book L784, page 1081 on July 16, 1991, hereby <br /> dedicate to the Town an easement in the property described in Exhibit B attached <br /> hereto (the "Property") and shown on Exhibit A as "60' Proposed Dedication", for <br /> public pathway purposes, including, but not limited to, pedestrian, bicycle and <br /> equestrian purposes. <br /> 2. Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Dedication of the <br /> easement by Resolution No. 31-93 and has authorized the Mayor to execute <br /> this document on its behalf. <br /> 3. Binding Effect. The Provisions contained in this Dedication shall <br /> run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the <br /> respective successors and assigns of the parties to this Dedication. <br />
