• N 0 7 IPA GE 2$9 <br /> This Document is Recorded <br /> For the Benefit of the <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> And is Exempt from Fee <br /> Per Government Code <br /> Sections 6103 and 27383 <br /> When Recorded, Mail to: <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> 26379 Fremont Road <br /> Los Altos Hills,CA 94022 <br /> Attention: City Clerk <br /> GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PATHWAY <br /> This Grant of Easement for Pathway ("Easement") is granted by Tony K. Yung <br /> and Rebecca Yung ("Yungs") in favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("Town"), effective as of the date of execution <br /> by the Town. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Yungs own property located at 13880 Campo Vista Lane in the Town of <br /> Los Altos Hills, California, as described by deed filed for record in the Office of the <br /> Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, on August 30, 1991, in Book L844 of Official <br /> Records, page 1189. <br /> B. Yungs desire to grant an easement in this property to the Town for a <br /> pathway, and Town wishes to accept such easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows: <br /> 1. Pathway. Yungs, hereby grant to the Town an easement as described <br /> in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and shown in Exhibit "B" for public pathway <br /> purposes, including, but not limited to, pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian purposes. <br /> 2. Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Easement by Resolution <br /> No. 63-93 and has authorized the Mayor to execute this document on its behalf. <br /> 3. Binding Effect. The Provisions contained in this Easement shall <br /> run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the <br /> respective successors and assigns of the parties to this Easement. <br />
