f ' <br /> • • • • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-93 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF <br /> THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS, the current fees charged by the Town for various <br /> planning services and permits are well below the estimated <br /> reasonable cost of providing the services for which the fee is <br /> charged; and <br /> WHEREAS, at least 10 days prior to the meeting at which the <br /> fee schedule was adopted, the Town made available to the public <br /> data indicating the amount of estimated cost required to provide <br /> the service for which the fee and service charges are levied and <br /> the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services; and <br /> WHEREAS, before adopting the fee schedule the Town held a <br /> noticed public hearing, at which oral and written presentation <br /> could be made, as part of a regularly scheduled meeting; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. The fee schedule, attached here to as Exhibit A, <br /> is hereby adopted by the City Council and the fees set forth in <br /> that schedule shall apply to all permits and services set forth <br /> in that schedule, until such fee schedule is amended by the City <br /> Council. <br /> Section 2.
