E.A F3 f�L <br /> ` j RkiiU;it,LR <br /> Los Altos Hills,CA 94022 �� '--' fl`Y�� <br /> Attention: City Clerk <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 112-93 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY <br /> AT 26885 TAAFFE ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract No. 4444 recorded at Book 248,page 6 <br /> on January 24, 1969, offered for dedication pathway easements to the Town; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Town now wishes to accept this offer of dedication of Lot <br /> 2 of Tract 4444; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easements at 26885 Taaffe Road, described as Lot 2 of Tract No. <br /> 4444,recorded at Book 248,page 6 on January 24, 1969, and with an Assessors <br /> Parcel Number of 182-47-002. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of these <br /> easements benefits the residents of Tract No. 4444 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
