The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easement at 27299 Ursula Lane, described as a portion of Lot 3 of <br /> Tract No. 4478,recorded at Book 300,page 35 on May 4, 1972, and with an <br /> Assessors Parcel Number of 182-19-050. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this <br /> easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 4478 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
