The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easement at 13697 La Paloma Road, described as Lot 6 of Tract No. <br /> 4869,recorded at Book 275, page 40 on November 20, 1970, and with an <br /> Assessors Parcel Number of 175-35-023. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this <br /> easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 4869 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
