The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easement at 27272 Byrne Park Lane, described as Lot 29 of Tract No. <br /> 5068, recorded at Book 302, pages 34 and 35 on June 2, 1972, and with an <br /> Assessors Parcel Number of 182-48-047. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this <br /> easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 5068 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
