The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easement at 13731 Paseo Del Roble Drive, described as Lot 1 of Tract <br /> No. 5098,recorded at Book 334, pages 12, 13, 14 and 15 on December 17, 1973, <br /> and with an Assessors Parcel Number of 182-50-049. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this <br /> easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 5098 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
