• IT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 151-93 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CC NG A S COMPLETED <br /> THE WORK OF THE"PHASE II PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT <br /> IMPROVEMENTS", <br /> AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT CONCERNING SUCH WORK,AND <br /> DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION <br /> WHEREAS,the Director of Public Works of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br /> (the "Town") has,in writing,made and filed in the Office of the City Clerk his <br /> notice or certificate certifying that the work under contract described as Phase II <br /> Pavement Management Improvements has been completed in conformance with <br /> the Plans and Specifications for said project, and has recommended that said <br /> work be accepted as complete and satisfactory; <br /> P <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. The above-described work as mentioned in the notice or <br /> certificate of the Director of Public Works is hereby accepted as complete and the <br /> appropriate officer of the Town is authorized to make final payment concerning <br /> the above-described work. <br /> Section 2.
