The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easement over Rhus Ridge Road, described as private road, Rhus <br /> Ridge Road of Tract No. 4169, recorded at Book 278, pages 52, 53 and 54 on <br /> February 11, 1971. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this <br /> easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 4169 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
