The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easement at 27975 Roble Alto Road, described as Lot 35 of Tract No. <br /> 5098, recorded at Book 334, pages 12, 13, 14 and 15 on December 17, 1973, and <br /> with an Assessors Parcel Number of 182-50-045. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this <br /> easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 5098 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
