E y ECCII.RD<R <br /> Los Altos Hills,CA 94022 <br /> Attention: City Clerk <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 154-93 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY <br /> OVER CHAPARRAL WAY <br /> WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract No. 5266 recorded at Book 323,page <br /> 23 on May 18, 1973, offered for dedication a pathway easement to the Town; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town now wishes to accept this offer of dedication of <br /> private road, Chaparral Way of Tract No. 5266; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easement over Chaparral Way, described as private road, Chaparral <br /> Way of Tract No. 5266, recorded at Book 323, page 23 on May 18, 1973. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this <br /> easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 5266 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
