The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easements at 12000 Moody Springs Court, described as Lot 1 of <br /> Tract No. 5597,recorded at Book 350,pages 40 and 41 on January 21, 1975, and <br /> with an Assessors Parcel Number of 182-17-048. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of these <br /> easements benefits the residents of Tract No. 5597 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
