The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easements at 12020 Moody Springs Court, described as Lot 2 of <br /> Tract No. 5597, recorded at Book 350, pages 40 and 41 on January 21, 1975, and <br /> with an Assessors Parcel Number of 182-17-049. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of these <br /> easements benefits the residents of Tract No. 5597 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
