The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easements at 27800 Edgerton Road, described as Lot 7 of Tract No. <br /> 5762,recorded at Book 379, pages 36 and 37 on September 15, 1976, and with an <br /> Assessors Parcel Number of 182-19-054. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of these <br /> easements benefits the residents of Tract No. 5762 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
