The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easements at 27790 Edgerton Road, described as Lot 8 of Tract No. <br /> 5762, recorded at Book 379, pages 36 and 37 on September 15, 1976, and with an <br /> Assessors Parcel Number of 182-19-053. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of these <br /> easements benefits the residents of Tract No. 5762 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution,in <br /> the office of the County Recorder. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of.
