FEE <br /> Los Altos Hills,CA 94022 <br /> Attention: City Clerk <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 175-93 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY <br /> AT 13140 DELSON COURT <br /> WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract No. 5874 recorded at Book 381, pages <br /> 51 and 52 on October 22, 1976, offered for dedication a pathway easement to the <br /> Town; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town now wishes to accept this offer of dedication of Lot <br /> 4 of Tract No. 5874; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of <br /> the pathway easement at 13140 Delson Court, described as Lot 4 of Tract No. <br /> 5874, recorded at Book 381,pages 51 and 52 on October 22, 1976, and with an <br /> Assessors Parcel Number of 182-04-068. <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this <br /> easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 5874 and the public at large. <br /> Section 3.
