Liu in <br /> favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California ("Town"), effective as of the date of execution by the Town. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Tracy E. Liu owns property located at 26751 Almaden Court in the <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills, California, as described as Lot No. 3, of the Monte Lucero <br /> Subdivision, Tract No. 4392 filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the <br /> County of Santa Clara, on June 13, 1968, in Book 238 of Official Records, page 51. <br /> B. Tracy E. Liu desires to grant an easement in this property to the Town <br /> for a pathway, and Town wishes to accept such easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows: <br /> 1. Pathway. Tracy E. Liu, hereby grants to the Town an easement as <br /> described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and shown in Exhibit "B" for public <br /> pathway purposes, including, but not limited to, pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian <br /> purposes. <br /> 2. Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Easement by Resolution <br /> No. 191-93 and has authorized the Mayor to execute this document on its behalf. <br /> 3. Binding Effect. The Provisions contained in this Easement shall <br /> run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the <br /> respective successors and assigns of the parties to this Easement. <br />
