• • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 9-90 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF <br /> LOS ALTOS HILLS AND RECORDS SYSTEMS ASSOCIATES. INC. <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and <br /> considered that certain Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and <br /> Records Systems Associates, Inc., a Corporation, to design and install a <br /> uniform functional filing system for each of the following Town offices or <br /> departments: Town Clerk, Town Manager and Town Finance, and including <br /> conversion of existing files to the Municipal Unified Functional Filing System <br /> (MUFFS), <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into an <br /> agreement described above and the Town of Los.Altos Hills hereby approves <br /> the Agreement. <br /> 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into, and the Mayor and City <br /> Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is <br /> authorized and directed on behalf of said City, respectively, to execute and <br /> attest an Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and Records <br /> Systems Associates, Inc. <br /> REGULARLY passed and adopted this 17th day of January, 1990. <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CITY CL K 010990 <br />
