RESOLUTION NO. 14-90 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AN ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND WOLFE MASON ASSOCIATES <br /> (TOWN HALL MASTER PLAN) <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and <br /> considered that certain Addendum to Agreement between the TOWN OF LOS <br /> ALTOS HILLS and GARY MASON and DOUGLAS WOLFE, Co-Partners under the <br /> firm name and style of WOLFE MASON ASSOCIATES, concerning preparation <br /> of a Master Landscaping Plan for the property known as the Town Hall <br /> facility area, the Addendum to which is to provide for preparation of a fourth <br /> concept plan, to further amend the scope of work to be performed, and to <br /> amend the amount of compensation to be paid therefor, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows: <br /> 1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of an <br /> Addendum to the Agreement, and the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby <br /> approves this Addendum to the Agreement. <br /> 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor and City <br /> Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is <br /> authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to execute and <br /> attest the above-described Addendum to the Agreement. <br /> REGULARLY passed and adopted this 21st day of February , 1990. <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CITY CLER 021690 <br />
