RESOLUTION NO. 21-90 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #129-89 RELATING TO DISCLOSURE <br /> OF CONTACTS WITH COUNCILMEMBERS AND PLANNING COMMISSIONERS <br /> AND INFORMATION RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF A PUBLIC HEARING <br /> RESOLVED by the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of <br /> California, that <br /> At the beginning of a public hearing on an application affecting any parcel of <br /> property, Councilmembers and Planning Commissioners of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills shall: <br /> A. Disclose the following contacts they have had relative to the application: <br /> 1. Phone conversations with any person relative to the application. <br /> 2. Written communications with any person relative to the <br /> application. <br /> 3. Meetings or social contacts at which the application was discussed. <br /> 4. Site visits and persons attending such visits. <br /> B. Disclose any information received from any parties described in paragragh A that <br /> would be relevant to a decision on the application and which is not already a part <br /> of the hearing record. <br /> C. Disclose any economic interest in the application or in parcels within 300 feet of <br /> the parcel addressed in the application. No Commissioner or Councilmember <br /> shall vote on such applications. <br /> D. Disclose any economic interest in a parcel other than a principal residence within <br /> 2,500 feet of the parcel addressed in the application in accordance with regulations <br /> of the Fair Political Practices Commission. <br />
