RESOLUTION NO. 4-88 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP <br /> SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 11 <br /> The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills resolves: <br /> A map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Sewer Assessment <br /> District No. 11, Town of Los Altos Hills, Santa Clara County, <br /> California" has been filed with the Clerk. <br /> This Council approves the map and adopts the boundaries <br /> shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory included <br /> in a proposed assessment district to be known as Sewer Assessment <br /> District No. 11, Town of Los Altos Hills, Santa Clara County, <br /> California. <br /> This Council finds that the map is in the form and <br /> contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California <br /> Streets and Highways Code. <br /> This Council directs the Clerk to certify the adoption of <br /> this resolution on the face of the map, and to file a copy of the <br /> map with the County Recorder for placement in the Book of Maps of <br /> Assessment and Community Facilities Districts. <br /> Regularly passed and adopted this 6th day of January, <br /> 1988. <br /> By <br /> r <br /> ATT*FST <br /> <br /> ... -- <br /> City Clerk <br />
