NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 11 At 7: 15 P.M. on February 17, 1988, at the Chambers of the City Council located at 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills will hold a protest hearing on the Resolution of Intention (adopted December 21, 1987) , and the Engineer's Report for Sewer Assessment District No. 11, Town of Los Altos Hills, Santa Clara County, California. The purpose of the hearing is to receive and consider protests against the proposed improvement, the extent of the assessment district, or the proposed assessment. The proposed improvement is briefly described as follows: (a) The construction of sanitary sewer mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, cleanouts and laterals, where required, together with all appurtenances thereto in La Rena Lane, Vista Serena and Dianne Drive. (b) The acquisition of sanitary sewer mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, cleanouts and laterals in O'Keefe Lane from a point 360 feet, more or less, east of Dianne Drive to the Currie Subdivision. (c) The acquisition of all lands and easements and the performing of all work auxiliary to any of the above and necessary to complete the same.
