• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 8-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br /> HILLS ORDERING AN INITIATIVE ORDINANCE SUBMITTED TO THE <br /> VOTERS AT THE NEXT REGULAR MUNICIPAL ELECTION <br /> RESOLVED b <br /> y the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 135-87 adopted on December 16, <br /> 1987, the City Council ordered a General Municipal Election to be held in the <br /> Town of Los Altos Hills on Tuesday, April 12, 1988; and <br /> WHEREAS, there was presented to the City Council on January 6, 1988 <br /> "The Adobe Creek Lodge Initiative," together with the certification by the City <br /> Clerk that the Initiative Petition is signed by not less than ten (10) percent of <br /> the voters of the Town of Los Altos Hills according to the County Clerk's <br /> official report of registration to the Secretary of State, effective at the time <br /> the Notice of Intention to Circulate Petition was published; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined not to pass the Ordinance <br /> petitioned for without change, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED as follows: <br /> 1. The Ordinance petitioned for in the above-described Initiative <br /> Petition be, and it hereby is ordered to be submitted, without alteration, to <br />
