• <br /> 111t <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12-88 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 131-87 <br /> SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 11 <br /> The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills resolves: <br /> This Council amends Resolution of Intention No. 131-87 <br /> adopted on December 16, 1987, by changing the description of the <br /> improvement to read as follows: <br /> (a) The construction of sanitary sewer mains, manholes <br /> with manhole frames and covers, cleanouts and <br /> laterals, where required, together with all <br /> appurtenances thereto in La Rena Lane, Vista Serena <br /> and Dianne Drive. <br /> (b) The acquisition of sanitary sewer mains, manholes with <br /> manhole frames and covers, cleanouts and laterals in <br /> O'Keefe Lane from a point 360 feet, more or less, east <br /> of Dianne Drive to the Currie Subdivision. <br /> (c) The acquisition of capacity rights and a right of <br /> service and use in an existing sanitary sewer lift <br /> station on O'Keefe Lane at Adobe Creek and in a <br /> sanitary sewer main on O'Keefe Lane from said lift <br /> station to a point 150 feet, more or less, east of the <br /> City limit line of the City of Los Altos. <br /> (d) The acquisition of all lands and easements and the <br /> performing of all work. auxiliary to any of the above <br /> and necessary to complete the same. <br /> Regularly passed and adopted this 20th day of January, <br /> 1988. <br /> IITEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
