07A • pi <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 14-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br /> HILLS APPROVING AND ADOPTING AN AMENDED HOUSING <br /> ELEMENT, AND AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN FOR SAID TOWN <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council approved and adopted the <br /> General Plan for the Town of Los Altos Hills and adopted a Housing Element; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS on July 15, 1987 by adoption of Resolution No. 71-87 and <br /> following the holding of the required public hearings thereon, the City Council <br /> approved the draft amended and revised Housing Element of the General <br /> Plan, and directed the City Manager, pursuant to Section 65585 of the <br /> Government Code of California, to submit to the Department of Housing and <br /> Community Development, for its comments, the draft of the proposed <br /> amended and revised Housing Element prior to further consideration of its <br /> adoption by the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 65585 of the Government Code of <br /> California, the City Council is required to consider the findings of the <br /> Department of Housing and Community Development prior to final approval <br /> of the proposed Housing Element; and <br />
