The City Manager commented that several sample new chairs for Council <br />Chambers were in his office and if Council would mark which one they <br />preferred, the chairs would be ordered. <br />8.2 City Attorney <br />8.3 City Clerk <br />8.3.1 Report on Council Correspondence dated 1/30/96 <br />It was agreed the Mayor would send a letter to Mr. Pourmand stating that his road <br />was a private one and his concerns could not be addressed by the Council. It was <br />also agreed that the City Clerk would note on this Council Correspondence Report if <br />a letter had been sent. <br />8.4 Planning Director <br />The Planning Director gave an update on the various Council subcommittees <br />including the ones on non -conforming issues and the housing element. Both of <br />these committees would be meeting in the near future. <br />9. COUNCIL -INITIATED ITEMS <br />9.1 PG&E (Councilmember Dauber) <br />Dauber commented that she called the new 800 number for PG&E during the recent <br />storms and it worked extremely well. She commended PG&E for the efficient and <br />accurate transmittal of information by way of this number. <br />9.2 Fire Station (Mayor Pro Tem Hubbard) <br />Hubbard noted that the new Fire Station was almost completed. <br />9.3 Tree in Memory of Brenda Butner (Councilmember Dauber) <br />Dauber noted that the tree in memory of Brenda Butner had been planted on <br />Saturday, January 20th at 10:00 am near the Page Mill Park and Ride. <br />9.4 Code Enforcement (Mayor Siegel) <br />Siegel asked about the removal of the gate on the Curatola property and was advised <br />it would be removed. He also noted that a trailer had removed a few of the cars on <br />one of the properties on Stonebrook but there had been no corrective measures <br />taken on the other property. <br />February 7, 1996 <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />
