UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />5.1 Establishment of guidelines concerning public/private roads <br />The City Manager referred to the Public Works Manager's staff report dated 2/21/96 <br />on public/private streets. He commented that there had been an article on this <br />subject in the recent newsletter and to date there were about fourteen streets under <br />discussion. These specific streets would be discussed at a later time but at this <br />meeting the focus of the discussion was on general guidelines regarding <br />public/private streets.
