3. PROPOSAL FOR TOPOGRAPHIC MAPPING FOR PAVEMENT <br />�. MANAGEMENT AND STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENT PROTECT, <br />CIP 96-7 <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Siegel and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to adopt Resolution #89-96 approving <br />proposals from Wilsey and Ham for topographic mapping of Elena Road for the <br />Pavement Management and Storm Drain Improvement Project CIP 96-97. <br />4. PROPOSAL FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR FREMONT ROAD/ROBLEDA <br />ROAD STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENT PROTECT, CIP 96-97 <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel, seconded by Johnson and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to adopt Resolution #90-96 approving a <br />proposal from Wilsey and Ham for design services for the Edith Road/Fremont <br />Road Storm Drain Improvement Project CIP 96-97. <br />5. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT <br />FOR WEED CONTROL SPRAYING -- Reso # <br />Dauber commented that last year only three feet of the paths were sprayed. The <br />Public Works Manager reported that this year all of the paths would be done. <br />Council also questioned whether more money might be needed for the completion <br />of this project before the next Council Meeting took place. Staff responded that they <br />could authorize up to an additional $5,000 and that would definitely cover the <br />project. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Hubbard <br />and passed unanimously by all members present to adopt Resolution #91-96 <br />ordering the performance of certain work (agreement with Willows Weed and Pest <br />Control for $13,500 for the weed control spraying project). <br />6. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR <br />7.
