The City Manager reported that the Los Altos Garbage Company had a new <br />general manager, Bill Jones. He had met with Mr. Jones and they were <br />attempting to resolve certain issues without having to go to mediation. <br />Siegel asked the City Manager to obtain information on the amount of <br />compost being returned to the Town and Dauber inquired about recycling <br />figures. <br />8.1.2 Lupine Road Project <br />The City Manager noted that this project was almost complete. <br />8.1.3 Wythe/Vitu Subdivision <br />The City Manager commented on the status of the improvements for this <br />subdivision noting that there may be delay in their completion due to the <br />grading moratorium. <br />8.2 City Attorney <br />8.3 City Clerk <br />8.3.1 Report on Council Correspondence <br />9. COUNCIL -INITIATED ITEMS <br />9.1 Change of Date of Joint Meeting between Council and Planning <br />Commission (Mayor Hubbard) <br />It was agreed to contact the Planning Commissioners and, if most were available, to <br />schedule the Joint Meeting of the City Council and the Planning Commission for <br />Wednesday, November 20th at 7:00 p.m. The regular City Council Meeting <br />scheduled for that date would begin at 6:00 p.m. as usual. <br />9.2 Draft Environmental Impact Report on Adobe Creek (Councilmember <br />Dauber) <br />Dauber reported that the draft Environmental Impact Report on Adobe Creek had <br />been released. <br />9.3 Santa Clara County Cities Association (Councilmember Johnson) <br />Johnson commented that next year he would be President of the Santa Clara County <br />Cities Association. <br />November 6, 1996 <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />
