Minutes of an Adjourned Regular Meeting <br />June 7,1995 <br />Town of Los Altos Hills <br />City Council Meeting <br />Wednesday, June 7,1995,4:00 P.M. <br />Council Chambers 26379 Fremont Road <br />CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Dauber called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 4:10 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall. <br />Present: Mayor Dauber and Councilmembers Casey, Hubbard, <br />Johnson and Siegel (Councilmember Casey arrived at <br />5:00 p.m.) <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Manager Jeff Peterson, Planning Director Curtis <br />Williams, Public Works Manager Ed Taylor, City <br />Treasurer Louise Parmett, Financial Consultant Janice <br />Bohman and City Clerk Pat Dowd <br />2. STUDY SESSION: PROPOSED BUDGET FY 95-96 <br />Jim Steiner, Chairman of the Finance Committee, reviewed the minutes from the <br />Finance Committee meetings of May 31st and June 1st at which time the proposed <br />budget was reviewed. (A copy of these minutes are on file at Town Hall.) Mr. <br />Steiner addressed their budget review methodology, budget assumptions, <br />manpower, budget growth, pass-through costs, capitalized expenditures and <br />comments on budget review detail. Mr. Steiner addressed the recommendations <br />made by the committee and also commended the staff on their excellent <br />presentation of the proposed budget. Mr. Steiner further introduced Ken Clifford of <br />the Finance Committee who was also present if Council had any questions. <br />Council thanked the Finance Committee for their review and comment on the <br />proposed budget. Council asked staff for a list of contributions made to outside <br />agencies such as ABAG, Cities Association, etc. Council also suggested that at a <br />future meeting the Finance Committee should review the benefits package <br />June 7, 1995 <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting <br />
