Minutes of a Regular Meeting <br />June 7, 1995 <br />Town of Los Altos Hills <br />City Council Meeting <br />Wednesday, June 7, 1995, 7:00 P.M. <br />Council Chambers, 26379 Fremont Road <br />1. <br />CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Dauber called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:10 <br />p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers at Town Hall. <br />Present: Mayor Dauber and Councilmembers Casey, Hubbard, <br />Johnson and Siegel <br />Absent: None <br />Staff: City Manager/City Engineer Jeff Peterson, City Attorney <br />Sandy Sloan, Planning Director Curtis Williams, Public <br />Works Manager Ed Taylor, Planning Consultant Debbie <br />Pollart and City Clerk Pat Dowd <br />Press: Clyde Noel, Los Altos Town Crier <br />2. <br />APPOINTMENTS AND PRESENTATIONS <br />3. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT <br />Planning Commissioner McMahon reported that the following items were <br />discussed at the 6/5/95 Planning Commission Meeting: 1) Lands of Kawasaki, 27078 <br />Fremont Road, approved request for a site development permit for a new residence; <br />2) Lands of Gates, 25400 La Rena Lane, approved request for a site development <br />permit for a new residence; 3) Lands of Lohr, 24025 Oak Knoll Circle, approved <br />request for a site development permit for a new residence; and 4) Lands of Lindy, <br />27591 Purissima Road, recommended approval of a tentative map and mitigated <br />negative declaration for a proposed three lot subdivision. Concerning the Lands of <br />Gates, Planning Commissioner McMahon noted that this project was approved with <br />the stipulation that by the time it came before Council for concurrence, a <br />determination by staff would be made concerning the the necessity of a sanitary <br />sewer easement and the dedication of such an easement. <br />June 7, 1995 <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />
