Ruth Morrison, 27641 Purissima Road, commented that she had some drainage <br />problems on her property but they were due solely to the 1989 earthquake. They had <br />been corrected and there had been no additional drainage problems. <br />PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To amend the conditions of approval for a tentative <br />map for a three lot subdivision for Lands of Lindy at 27591 Purissima Road as <br />follows: <br />Condition #16: amend the second sentence to read: The CC&Rs shall also indicate <br />that fire sprinklers are to be installed in all new residences for these proposed <br />properties if required by the Fire Department, ....... <br />Condition #16: add a statement that the drainage swale on Lot #1 and Lot #3 is to be <br />maintained by the owners of Lots #1 and #3. <br />Condition #23: add sanitary sewer easements <br />Condition #30a: add the following sentence: "This house will most likely have a <br />height restriction." (exact wording to be determined by the City Attorney). <br />To add a condition stating that the drainage swale on Lot #1 was to be maintained by <br />the owners of Lots #1 and #3. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel, seconded by Johnson and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to state that for Lot #3 the Site <br />Development Committee should endeavor to put the house on the east side of the <br />creek subject to the geotechnical report. <br />MOTION FAILED DUE TO LACK OF A SECOND: Moved by Dauber that Lot #3 <br />shall be limited to a maximum of 5,000 square feet on the west side of the creek. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Dauber, seconded by Hubbard and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to approve the request for a tentative <br />map and mitigated negative declaration for a proposed three lot subdivision, Lands <br />of Lindy, 27591 Purissima Road, subject to the conditions of approval recommended <br />by the Planning Commission and amended by Council. <br />11.2 Adoption of a proposed Town Budget for the fiscal year 1995-96 and the <br />appropriations limit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996 -- Reso #__ <br />and approval of the Town's compensation plan -- Reso #_ <br />Dauber referred to the office capital budget and asked for clarification. <br />C June 21, 1995 <br />�r Regular City Council Meeting <br />
