The <br />$14,000 cost for this program for the coming year would be taken from the Solid <br />Waste Fund. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel, seconded by Johnson and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to adopt Resolution #57-95 approving <br />the first amendment to the Agency Agreement for Countywide Household <br />Hazardous Waste Collection Program <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />5.1 Code Compliance Update <br />Council discussed the report prepared by the Planning Director on code compliance <br />procedures and the status report on current code violations. Siegel recommended <br />that when a deadline was reached in the process, staff move quickly to the next step. <br />He believed it was important to emphasize that these situations would not be <br />tolerated and had to be corrected within the allowed timeframes.
