CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items Removed: 4.1 - 10/30/95 minutes (Dauber) and 4.2 - 10/31/95 (Hubbard) <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Siegel, seconded by Johnson and <br />passed unanimously to approve the balance of the Consent Calendar, specifically: <br />4.1 Approved Minutes: October 30, 1995 (Adjourned Regular ) <br />4.2 Approved Warrants: $ 54,840.09(11/9/95) <br />4.3 Decided Not To Review the following Planning Commission Actions at <br />Its Meeting on October 25,1995: <br />4.3a Lands of Basiji, 27880 Fawn Creek Court, approved request for a <br />Site Development Permit for a major addition/ remodel <br />4.3b Lands of Chawla, 24289 Hillview Road, approved request for a <br />Site Development Permit for a new residence, pool and cabana <br />4.4 Awarded Contract for Hilltop Drive Storm Drain Project -- Reso #86-95 <br />4.5 Approved grant of conservation and open space easement -- Lands of <br />Hamm, 24292 Elise Court -- Reso #87-95 <br />Items Removed: <br />4.1 Approval of Minutes: November 1, 1995 (Regular Meeting) <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Dauber, seconded by Casey and <br />passed unanimously to approve the minutes of the November 1, 1995 Regular <br />Meeting with the following corrections: Page 5, second motion corrected to read: ". . <br />to amend Condition #11 to require a 20' wide pathway easement from the existing <br />survey with the understanding that no improvements are to be made at this time <br />and, if at the time any future improvements are made and the exact location of the <br />path is established, then the applicant, Mr. McNees, the City Engineer and the <br />Planning Director may revise the actual path dedication." and Page 6, last motion to <br />reflect Councilmember Casey voted yes and Councilmember Dauber voted no. <br />4.2 Approval of Warrants: $214,643.37(10/31/95) <br />Hubbard inquired about the $104,937 warrant to the City of Palo Alto and was <br />advised that this was for the Palo Alto Sewer Charge - waste treatment plant cost for <br />1994-95. <br />November 15, 1995 <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />
