It was pointed out <br />though that amendments to the General Plan could only be made three times a year <br />but the discussions could be done at any time. Dauber asked that when the <br />Commission found an ordinance that they did not believe was appropriate for the <br />Town's goals that they review it. Johnson thanked the Planning Commission for <br />all of their work on the General Plan. <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items Removed: 4.2 (Hubbard) and 4.3 (Dauber) <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Hubbard, seconded by Dauber and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to approve the balance of the Consent <br />Calendar, specifically: <br />4.1 Approved Minutes: December 15, 1993 <br />January 5, 1994 <br />Items Removed: <br />4.2 Approval of Warrants: $10,446.46 (1/4/94) <br />$29,622.91 (1/7/94) <br />Hubbard asked for clarification of the $2,109.70 payment to Julie Blakeslee. Staff <br />advised Council that this was for environmental impact report work done on the <br />Lands of Eshner and the Town would be reimbursed by the Eshner trust. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Hubbard, seconded by Dauber and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to approve the warrants, specifically <br />$10,446.46 (1/4/94) and $29,622.91 (1/7/94). <br />4.3 Approval of Right of Way Abandonment and Sale of Land, Lands of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills adjacent to 24024 Oak Knoll Circle <br />Dauber expressed her concerns about Dr. Saah's reasoning for purchasing this piece <br />of land from the Town.
