CALL TO ORDER <br />AND ROLL CALL <br />Mayor Johnson called <br />the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 5:10 p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers at Town Hall. <br />Present: <br />Mayor Johnson and Councilmembers Dauber, Hubbard, <br />Siegel and Tryon <br />Absent: <br />None <br />( <br />`r Staff: <br />City Manager Les M. Jones, II, Director of Public Works Jeff <br />Peterson, Town Planner Linda Niles and City Clerk Pat <br />Dowd <br />Press: <br />Jan Shaw, Los Altos Town Crier <br />Environmental <br />Chairman Ruth Buneman, Sharyn Brown, Kelyn Dewar, <br />Design and <br />Shelley Doran and Jean Struthers <br />Protection <br />Committee: <br />2. ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN AND PROTECTION COMMITTEE: <br />STATUS OF PROTECTS GOALS AND PRIORITIES <br />Ruth Buneman, Chairman of the Environmental Design and Protection <br />Committee, referred to the charges for their committee listed in the resolution <br />establishing committees. She also stated the committee's concerns about discing by <br />private property owners. Council and committeemembers discussed the preferred <br />method of mowing and spraying and agreed that this information should be <br />included in the newsletter perhaps in the form of a joint letter from the Fire District <br />and the Council. Mrs. Buneman commented on Site Development Meetings noting <br />that the committee made recommendations but did not sign off on the plans. A <br />general discussion of the site development process followed. Siegel raised the issue <br />February 16, 1994 <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting <br />
