The public hearing <br />will be set for the April 6, 1994 City Council <br />Siegel asked that staff provide a map of the properties surrounding the Lands of <br />Twombly showing their size after street dedication. He believed that the <br />action taken regarding the Twombly property would be precedent setting <br />for the other properties. <br />4.6 Approving and authorizing execution of agreement between the Town <br />and John Vidovich regarding environmental review -- Reso #- <br />4.7 Approving and authorizing execution of agreement between the Town <br />and David J. Powers & Associates -- Reso #— <br />The Planning Director asked that these items be continued as discussions were <br />ongoing with Mr. Vidovich. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Johnson, seconded by Siegel and <br />passed unanimously by all members present to continue Items 4.6 and 4.7. <br />Hubbard asked that the City Attorney check the contracts for cessation clauses. It <br />appeared the agreement with Mr. Viclovich called for immediate cessation while the <br />agreement with David Powers called for a seven day period. Hubbard wanted to be <br />sure the Town would not be financially responsible for this week period of time. <br />4.9 Award of contract for the 1993-94 driveway roughening project for <br />pathway crossings -- Reso # <br />Dauber suggested awarding this contract but holding the list of driveways to be done <br />until the Director of Public Works conferred with the Pathways Recreation and <br />Parks Committee. She believed this project may be affected by budget constraints <br />and it should be approached as if this were the last year it would be undertaken. <br />Dauber recommended that the Pathways Recreation and Parks Committee and the <br />Director of Public Works carefully check the driveways in the entire Town and <br />�ar March 16, 1994 <br />Regular Meeting <br />
