Bob Owen, applicant, commented that they wanted to hook up to sewer but <br />discussions with the neighbor were not progressing. He wanted to proceed with the <br />project and could plumb the house both for septic and sewer. Mr. Owen requested <br />Council's consideration of the conditions requiring him to connect to sewer. <br />MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by Tryon, seconded by Hubbard and <br />passed by the following roll call vote to set for a public hearing at the July 7, 1993 City <br />Council Meeting the request for consideration of modification of the Site <br />Development Permit Conditions of Approval for Lands of Ramsay at 13040 Alta <br />Lane North. <br />AYES: Mayor Pro Tem Dauber and Councilmembers Hubbard, Siegel and <br />Tryon <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mayor Johnson <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />7. REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES. SUB -COMMITTEES, AND <br />COUNCILMEMBERS ON OUTSIDE AGENCIES <br />7.1 Quarry Subcommittee <br />Siegel reported that the Council subcommittee on the quarry had met since the last <br />Council Meeting and the County was being asked by Mr. Vidovich to continue <br />the hearing on the general plan amendment to August. A meeting was going <br />to be scheduled with Mr. Vidovich and the design consultant to discuss siting <br />of the homes. The City Attorney and John Vidovich's attorney were working <br />on the process involved and staff was providing a list of requirements for filing <br />a tentative map. <br />Tryon believed John Vidovich should be given clear direction as to what the Town <br />would find acceptable regarding this project. This would include number of <br />homes, sizes of lots, no tract -like homes and no homes in debris flows. <br />7.2 Town Handbook Subcommittee <br />Tryon reported that the meeting with PRX on a bid for the Town Handbook had <br />gone very well and the subcommittee would be getting another bid. The proposed <br />handbook would be four colors, 8 1/2 x 11, recycled stock and would have a pocket in <br />the back which could hold the design guidelines booklet, the safety flags, the <br />June 16, 1993 <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />
